Long-Span endless/open-ended Timing Belts

This is a timing belt that can be used for long-span reciprocating operation or long-span light-duty drive in machinery and equipment used in production processes.

There are two types: the Open-end Belts is mainly used for reciprocating operation, and the Endless Belts is mainly used for light-duty drive.

Features

Open-end Belts
- Longer spans possible
  The belt length can be set freely within the range shown in the table below, making longer spans possible.
- Can be used for accurate reciprocating motion
  The belt and pulley mesh accurately, ensuring no slippage and accurate transmission of reciprocating motion.
- Quiet operation
  The metal-to-rubber and plastic-to-rubber meshing ensures a low noise level.
- Clean, with no need for lubricating oil
  No need to lubricate the timing belt. This reduces the amount of dirt around the machine and on the product.
- Maintenance-free
  The belt has very little stretch, so there is no need to readjust the tension by giving it the appropriate mounting tensile strength.
Endless Belts
- Can be used over long spans, with a high degree of design freedom
- Light-duty power transmission over long spans is possible
- Synchronized transport without slippage is possible
