Is atmospheric firing possible?
Not possible. This product is a nitrogen-fired type.
I don't have a firing furnace, can you fire it for me?

Are nano-sized copper pastes available?
Not available.
Is low-temperature firing possible?
Possible. It can be fired at 650°C.
Is plating possible?
Possible.

Resistive Paste
Is atmospheric firing possible?
Not possible; CuNi type is nitrogen-fired, LB6 type is nitrogen (vs. alumina) or atmospheric (vs. aluminum nitride).

What are the storage conditions?
Freezing at minus 18°C below is recommended. Storage at refrigerated or room temperature will increase viscosity.
Is it dry powder?
It is not a dry powder, but a paste.
What is the silver concentration?
It is about 88 wt%, depending on the solvent.

How much should be added?
Since chemical compatibility depends on the paste, please try shaking multiple levels such as 10%, 30%, and 50% addition.

Is processing other than hole filling possible?
Possible. We can handle everything from obtaining substrates to drilling, hole filling, firing, polishing, and plating.
Is it possible to drill holes only?

What is the type of plating?
Ni/Au plating.

Cushioning material for heat press
What is the difference between 1 ply, 2 ply and 3 ply?
Number of cushion layers is different.
What ply cushioning material should I use?
Depending on how it is used, 2 ply cushioning material is often used.
What is the difference between the M and D series?
The main difference is the material used for the surface layer: aramid fiber cloth for the M series and fluorine-coated glass cloth for the D series.
What is the maximum size?
It is about 2m x 1m. For smaller sizes, we will basically cut out a piece from a larger size.
What is the production capacity?
Maximum size is about 500 sheets.
What is end-face treatment?
A process to prevent leakage of material from the inside.
What is the thread removal process?
Warp threads are pulled out in advance to prevent thread loss.
How many times can it be used?
Depending on operating conditions such as pressure and temperature, 200 cycles are possible under the conditions of 230°C x 3 MPa x 3 hours holding.
