HYPERFLEX™ Coupling has two types. MT type is a compression stress type, which enables compact design with large transmission torque. MH type model uses shearing stress of elastic rubber.

Structure

●MT type

  • Flange material is gray cast iron (FC250).
  • Two types of materials are available for the elastic body: synthetic rubber and oil- and abrasion-resistant polyurethane.

●MH type

  • Flange material is gray cast iron (FC200).
  • Standard elastic body type consisting of synthetic rubber alone and super type (MHP type) consisting of synthetic rubber with an iron core for reinforcement.
