SUPER AG-X

The Super AG-X uses a special woven fabric for the cover that is flexible, resilient and has excellent abrasion resistance, as well as better impact resistance and crack resistance than the New Orange V-belt. It is ideal for large agricultural machinery.

SUPER AG-X

(1) Cover fabric: Super abrasion-resistant special canvas
This fabric is highly elastic and can flex without strain during belt rotation, and is highly resistant to abrasion.

(2)Cord: High-strength aramid cord
This is the core part of the belt's strength and power transmission. To fully satisfy this role, we use a cord with high tensile strength, less stretch, and high flex fatigue resistance.

(3) V-core rubber: short-fiber reinforced chloroprene rubber
This uses a rubber compound that has excellent durability and flexibility, with minimal deformation under high loads.
